PRE ORDER / MADE TO ORDER 

 

All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 3  weeks and more to shop, depence of the difficulties of the order . Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email us if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

 

At this time all domestic orders are shipped using the ELTA Service "Hellenic Post". Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the ELTA with your tracking number.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

We currently offer international shipping via UPS. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

 

 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

 

If your item is prepared and you would like it to be shipped express please email us . All express shipments are sent via FEDEX and any additional charges will be sent  invoice via Paypal.
